SHIPPING POLICY
At YES4PETS, we strive to provide accurate shipping costs at checkout. However, in rare cases, the calculated postage may be lower than the actual shipping cost. If this occurs, we reserve the right to:

Request Additional Shipping Fees – We will contact you with the updated shipping cost and provide an option to pay the difference.

Cancel the Order – If you choose not to pay the additional shipping fee, or if we are unable to reach you within 14 days, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Request Alternative Delivery Arrangements – If the postage paid is insufficient to cover the delivery to your nominated address, you may be asked to provide an alternative address (such as a home or business address within a metro area) or arrange to collect the parcel from the nearest depot.
Customer Responsibility for Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of the delivery status once the order has been dispatched. Any costs incurred due to redelivery, return to sender, or failure to collect the parcel within the courier’s timeframe will be at the customer’s expense.
If your item(s) have not been delivered, you must notify us within 30 days of placing your order. Please note that couriers are unable to assist with locating parcels outside of this timeframe, and we may be limited in our ability to resolve the issue.

Store Pickup Policy:
For security purposes, ID is required for all in-store pickups. If you authorise someone else to collect your order, you must notify us in writing in advance. Once an order is collected (either by you or an authorised person), the item is considered delivered in full, and we are no longer liable for loss, damage, or chargebacks.
SHIPPING GUIDE
Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre in Melbourne within 1–2 business days after full payment has been received.
We work with a selection of trusted couriers to provide the most efficient delivery service at the best possible price and with the quickest turnaround time.
AUSTRALIA POST
Item that weighs 22 kg or less will be dispatched with eParcel that is Australia Post’s Internet enabled freight system.
Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of
your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool.
When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number within 48 hours.
You can use the number to track your order at the Australia Post’s website.

ALLIED EXPRESS
Parcel that weighs over 22 kg will be dispatched with Allied Express. Allied Express is the biggest and independently owned courier company in Australia with offices in all major mainland capitals.Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Allied Express website. Allied Express will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone number.
Allied Express requires consignment note and the postcode of the destination to track item at http://alliedexpress.com.au/ or call 131373 for more queries.
ARAMEX
Your customer will receive an email confirmation from Aramex along with a tracking number as soon as their orders are dispatched. Aramax has an ATL (Authority to Leave) service and signature-required services. If the courier is unable to leave the parcel in a safe place for either of these services, the parcel will be taken back to the nearest collection point or depot. A non-PO Box address is required for Aramex delivery.
Customers can track their order using the tracking number on Aramex.
HUNTER EXPRESS
Your customers will receive an email containing a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. The item will be returned to the depot if the delivery is missed, and your customers will be notified to arrange a re-delivery. A non-PO Box address is required for Hunter Express delivery.
Customers can track the parcel anytime with the tracking number on Hunter Express.
COURIERS PLEASE
CouriersPlease deliveries are ‘Signature Required’. When the order is placed, the customer will receive an email asking them to choose a delivery option between ATL (Authority to Leave), collection point delivery, deliver to a neighbour, new address, or they can reschedule delivery.
Customers can track their items using their allocated tracking number on CouriersPlease.
SENDLE
Your customers will receive a confirmation email from Sendle containing a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. If the delivery is missed, the courier will either leave a card or leave the parcel at a designated collection point to be picked up.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SHIP TO MY CUSTOMERS?
The estimated delivery time frames are:
For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.
NOTE:
Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1-2 working day after receipt of cleared payment).
We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.
